Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, of course we do.

Canceling Orders:

You may cancel your order within an hour of placing your order however after an hour your order cannot be cancelled as it is in processing.

Changing Orders (Size Corrections etc.)

We will do our best to catch all the requests for corrections however we cannot guarantee it and cannot be held responsible if your order is processed the way it was originally placed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How do I return an item?

Please note our Company Policy states that we cannot accept any returns on our merchandise as the item(s) were made to your specific requirementsand therefore is/are a custom item(s). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  Please email Customer Service before placing an order with any concerns/questions when in doubt and also please check our sizing chart to determine the correct sizing.

If merchandise is returned to our location, we will only accept it if it was not custom made (e.g. Slippers, Crocodilly, Jewelry etc.), is still unworn and in original packaging. We will automatically apply a 20% restocking fee if the item was returned for any reason other than a definite error on our part.
Please note, Wigs cannot be returned/exchanged due to state and federal health regulations.

Questions, problems after an order has been placed:

When emailing Customer Service, please make sure to provide your name and your order number, and the question/issue you are having. Please email from the email address associated with the account, this helps to ensure you receive the appropriate help or answers to your concerns.

Processing:  Orders placed can take up to 24 to 72 hours for processing, this is the time allowed for the merchandise to be made, packaged and shipped from our warehouse. This is not the estimated time of delivery, and has nothing to do with the delivery portion of your order.

Shipping Days:

We ship using USPS (United States Postal Service) we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, or any legal holiday.  Mail does not move on these days as well.

Shipping Fees:

We pass on the shipping fees that we are charged by USPS and add a nominal handling fee for packing materials, tape and our time.

Delivery Times:

Domestic Delivery Times:

First Class- 1-3 Business Days

Priority Mail: 2-3 Business Days

Express Mail: 1-2 Business Days, depending on your location.

Parcel Post: up to 15 business days

International Delivery Times:

First Class International: 7-10 Business Days

Priority Mail International: 6-10 Business Days

Express Mail International: 3-5 Business Days

Customs: Sometimes packages are held by Customs, and that may cause a delay in delivery.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS/CUSTOM FEES::

Import duties, taxes and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's Customs Office prior to buying to determine what these additional costs will be.

Tracking your package:All mail classes, except First Class Mail International, are able to be tracked, this can be done with the tracking number at www.usps.com.

Tracking numbers are emailed to the email used to place the order.
